Virtual Developer Information Session

Application Information
Three Shores Management has submitted a rezoning application to the City of North Vancouver to permit the redevelopment of 120-128 East 14th Street in North Vancouver. The proposed development has been designed in accordance with the Official Community Plan and consists of:
- A 21-storey residential and commercial mixed-use building
- 164 residential units
- Ground floor retail units and second-floor offices
- 192 vehicle parking spaces and 258 bicycle parking spaces
Interested members of the public are invited to attend the virtual Developer Information Session (DIS) with the applicant team for an opportunity to review the proposal, ask questions, and submit a comment form.

Format: Zoom Webinar
Registration is required in advance and participants will be sent a meeting link via email ahead of the virtual DIS. The application will provide a presentation, followed by a question and answer period. Comment forms will also be provided via email for participants to complete and submit.
After registering for the virtual DIS, you will receive a confirmation email with the virtual session details.
